Two Saturdays ago I participated in The Rising 5k for my 9th time. This run is always around Halloween and people usually dress up in Halloween costumes. I don’t because getting me out to “run” is hard enough. I say “run” because I mostly walk with little bursts of jogging. Anyway, I did better than I expected with a time of 46:25.9.
