Diving in Pompano
Another great weekend of diving off the south eastern coast of Florida. The water was warm with random thermoclines. The visibility was so so with a max of about 40 feet and a greenish tint during the first dive. The current was pretty standard but the seas were slightly rougher than usual. It as still a good time.
Saw a hammerhead, a nurse shark, a sharptail eel, and a rare puffer that I forgot the name of. Tons of spade fish in schools. No turtles this time around. Also lobsters just walking out around the reef without a care in the world as they know the season didn’t start yet.
