On to the Next Journey
I spent the first 22 years of my life growing and learning. I was extremely fortunate to learn from amazing parents, family members, passionate teachers, coaches, scoutmasters, classmates, coworkers, and learned professors. The next 25 years of my life I bled Blue under the employment of IBM where I continued to grow and learn with many coworkers and wonderful mentors.
Well as of the end of June I have officially moved on to the next phase of my life that some call retirement. I had put in 25 years with the company and made some amazing investments outside of the typical which has afforded me the ability to hang up my hat and enjoy the rest of my life.
I don't have any set goals as to what I'm going to do next. I know I have to improve my body to withstand the rest of my years in comfort. I know I have to keep my mind engaged to keep me sane. And I know I have to be more social able to keep me in touch and feed my soul.
Keep a watch on this space as I'll try to keep it up to date with my adventures and my thoughts and hopefully more often than I currently do.
